ABOUT FOUNDERS & COMMUNITY
Founders & Community is a practice built around one idea: ambitious founders do their best work when they have honest counsel in their corner and a real community around them.
I'm Paul, the founder. I'm a startup operator, founder, and ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience supporting early-stage companies across Europe, MENA, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
I've supported communities in the UK regions since 2011, through free events, workshops and office hours. I co-founded Campus North, one of the UK's dedicated co-working spaces for regional founders.
I was awarded the OBE in the UK's 2020 New Year Honours for services to startup founders and communities in the digital technology sector.
