About our founder
I'm a startup operator, founder, and ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience supporting early-stage companies across Europe, MENA, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
I co-founded Ignite accelerator in 2011, was the Managing Director of Dubai Future Accelerators in 2016, and EiR and part of the selection committee for Techstars across Europe.
I've designed programmes for government organsiations and multi-national corporates, and supported established programmes across Europe, including Founder Labs in Belfast, Startup Wise Guys in Tallinn.
I was awarded the OBE in 2020 New Year Honours for a decade of supporting startup technology founders and communities.
